In August 2016 167 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 22.8% increase from the 136 Mooresville homes sold in July. August 2016 sales figures increased 8.4% from August 2015 when 154 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 4.4% from $391,305 in July to $408,376 in August. The August 2016 average sales price increased 24.9% from the August 2015 average sales price which was $326,878.

Average days on the market decreased 7.7% from 65 days in July to 60 days on the market in August. The August 2015 average days on the market were 70, a 14.3% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 927 homes for sale in Mooresville, down 1.9% from August. Average days on the market decreased 3% from 67 days in June to 65 days on the market in July. The July 2015 average days on the market were 69, a 5.8% decrease in market time.
