In July 2016 135 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 26.6% decrease from the 184 Mooresville homes sold in June. July 2016 sales figures decreased 20.6% from July 2015 when 170 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price decreased 6.9% from $421,024 in June to $392,129 in July. The July 2016 average sales price increased 4.5% from the July 2015 average sales price which was $375,348.

Average days on the market decreased 3% from 67 days in June to 65 days on the market in July. The July 2015 average days on the market were 69, a 5.8% decrease in market time.
