April 2016 Mooresville Real Estate Market Update

In April 2016 104 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 9.6% decrease from the 115 Mooresville homes sold in March. April 2016 sales figures decreased 20.6% from April 2015 when 131 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 21.6% from $304,807 in March to $370,788 in April. The April 2016 average sales price increased 1.8% from the April 2015 average sales price which was $364,236.

Average days on the market decreased 22.9% from 83 days in March to 64 days on the market in April. The April 2015 average days on the market were 82, a 22% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 909 homes for sale in Mooresville, up 6.7% from April. The average list price is $598,813 up 1.2% from the April average list price of $591,541. 319 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, up 9% from April.
