December 2015 Mooresville Real Estate Market Update

Mooresville Homes
In December 2015 118 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 30% increase from the 91 Mooresville homes sold in November. December 2015 sales figures increased 8.3% from December 2014 when 109 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 10.8% from $329,003 in November to $364,501 in December. The December 2015 average sales price increased 7.9% from the December 2014 average sales price which was $337,923.

Average days on the market decreased 2.7% from 74 days in November to 72 days on the market in December. December 2014 average days on the market were 84, a 14.3% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 706 homes for sale in Mooresville, down 1% from December. The average list price is $552,041 up 2.4% from the December average list price of $538,998. 200 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, up 21.2% from December.
