February 2016 Mooresville Real Estate Market Update

Mooresville Homes
In February 2016 97 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 36.6% increase from the 71 Mooresville homes sold in January. February 2016 sales figures increased 6.6% from February 2015 when 91 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 5.6% from $347,588 in January to $366,956 in February. The February 2016 average sales price increased 9.7% from the February 2015 average sales price which was $334,604.

Average days on the market increased 17.1% from 82 days in January to 96 days on the market in February. The February 2015 average days on the market were 91, a 5.5% increase in market time.

Currently there are 733 homes for sale in Mooresville, up 3.5% from February. The average list price is $586,497 up 6.6% from the February average list price of $549,991. 219 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, up 3.3% from February.
