The average sales price decreased 3.5% from $361,789 in December to $349,268 in January. The January 2016 average sales price increased 17% from the January 2015 average sales price which was $298,614.

Average days on the market increased 15.5% from 71 days in December to 82 days on the market in January. The January 2015 average days on the market were 77, a 6.5% increase in market time.

Currently there are 708 homes for sale in Mooresville, up .3% from January. The average list price is $549,991 down .4% from the January average list price of $552,041. 212 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, up 6% from January.
