July 2015 Mooresville Real Estate Market Update

Mooresville Homes
In July 2015 178 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, an 11.3% increase from the 160 Mooresville homes sold in June. July 2015 sales figures increased 29% from July 2014 when 138 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price decreased 11.7% from $404,761 in June to $357,243 in July. The July 2015 average sales price increased 1.9% from the July 2014 average sales price which was $350,559.

Average days on the market decreased 10.7% from 75 days in June to 67 days on the market in July. July 2014 average days on the market were 79, a 15.2% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 890 homes for sale in Mooresville, down 7.1% from July. The average list price is $536,636 up 1.1% from the July average list price of $530,735. 271 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, down 4.9% from July.

In July 2015 14 condos/townhomes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 12.5% decrease from the 16 Mooresville condos or townhomes sold in June. July 2015 sales figures increased 16.7% from July 2014 when 12 Mooresville condos sold.
