In May 2016 151 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 40% increase from the 108 Mooresville homes sold in April. May 2016 sales figures increased 3.4% from May 2015 when 146 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 4.7% from $363,836 in April to $380,851 in May. The May 2016 average sales price increased .7% from the May 2015 average sales price which was $378,031.

Average days on the market increased 17.2% from 64 days in April to 75 days on the market in May. The May 2015 average days on the market were 71, a 5.6% increase in market time.

Currently there are 930 homes for sale in Mooresville, up 2.3% from May. The average list price is $607,218 up 1.4% from the May average list price of $598,813. 295 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, down 7.5% from May.
