In November 2015 91 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 15% decrease from the 107 Mooresville homes sold in October. November 2015 sales figures decreased 6.2% from November 2014 when 97 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price decreased 4% from $342,747 in October to $329,003 in November. The November 2015 average sales price increased 8.2% from the November 2014 average sales price which was $304,175.

Average days on the market decreased 10.8% from 83 days in October to 74 days on the market in November. November 2014 average days on the market were 95, a 22.1% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 713 homes for sale in Mooresville, down 9.6% from November. The average list price is $538,998 up .9% from the November average list price of $534,049. 165 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, down 25% from November.
