In October 2015 104 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 29.7% decrease from the 148 Mooresville homes sold in September. October 2015 sales figures increased 19.4% from October 2014 when 129 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased .4% from $343,072 in September to $344,308 in October. The October 2015 average sales price increased 4.8% from the October 2014 average sales price which was $361,447.

Average days on the market increased 12.3% from 73 days in September to 82 days on the market in October. October 2014 average days on the market were 71, a 15.5% increase in market time.

Currently there are 789 homes for sale in Mooresville, down 6.4% from October. The average list price is $534,049 up .7% from the October average list price of $530,349. 220 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, down 0% from October.
