In February 2019 115 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 23.7% increase from the 93 Mooresville homes sold in January 2019. February 2019 sales figures increased 6.5% from February 2018 when 108 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market.

The average sales price decreased by 6.5% from $407,908 in January to $381,394 in February 2019. The February 2019 average sales price decreased 4.8% from the February 2018 average sales price which was $400,799.

Average days on the market increased by 29% from 62 days in January to 80 days on the market in February 2019. The February 2018 average days on the market were 96, a 16.7% decrease in market time from the same period last year.

Currently there are 543 active homes for sale in Mooresville, down .7% from February. The average list price of active homes is $598,972 up .6% from the February average list price of $595,412. There are 342 Mooresville homes currently under contract, up 7.9% from February. Based on these numbers, just over 1.2 months of inventory, we are currently in a seller’s market in the Mooresville real estate market.

In February 2019 16 condos/townhomes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 129% increase from the 7 Mooresville condos and townhomes sold in January 2019. February 2019 sales figures increased 129% from February 2018 when 7 Mooresville condos sold.

The average sales price decreased by 12.3% from $202,719 in January to $177,738 in February 2019. The February 2019 average sales price decreased 11.5% from the February 2018 average sales price which was $200,926.

Average days on the market decreased 52.836% from 53 days in January to 25 days on the market in February 2019. The February 2018 average days on the market were 97, a 74.2% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 28 active condos for sale in Mooresville, a 6.7% decrease from the 30 active Mooresville condos for sale in February. The average list price of active listings is $278,601, down 6.5% from February’s average list price of $297,903. There are 40 Mooresville condos/townhomes currently under contract, a 4.8% decrease from February.
