Mooresville Homes

In July 2018 185 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 9.8% decrease from the 205 Mooresville homes sold in June 2018. July 2018 sales figures increased 15% from July 2017 when 161 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market.

The average sales price decreased 3.4% from $419,694 in June to $405,302 in July. The July 2018 average sales price increased 1% from the July 2017 average sales price which was $401,224.

Average days on the market decreased 1.7% from 58 days in June to 57 days on the market in July. The July 2017 average days on the market were 63, a 9.5% decrease in market time from the same period last year.

Currently there are 560 active homes for sale in Mooresville, down 5.6% from July. The average list price of active homes is $625,611 up 3.6% from the July average list price of $603,592. 285 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, down 8.7% from July. Based on these numbers, just over 3 months of inventory, we are currently in a sellers market in the Mooresville real estate market.

In July 2018 23 condos/townhomes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 27.8% increase from the 18 Mooresville condos and townhomes sold in June 2018. July 2018 sales figures increased 53.3% from July 2017 when 15 Mooresville condos sold.

The average sales price increased 28.3% from $190,622 in June to $244,613 in July. The July 2018 average sales price increased 35.6% from the July 2017 average sales price which was $180,352.

Average days on the market decreased 25% from 20 days in June to 15 days on the market in July. The July 2017 average days on the market were 54, a 72.2% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 41 active condos for sale in Mooresville, a 17% increase from the 35 active Mooresville condos for sale in July. The average list price of active listings is $286,051, down 4.3% from July’s average list price of $299,017. 44 Mooresville condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 4.3% decrease from July. In July 2018 12 lots sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 33% decrease from the 18 Mooresville lots sold in June 2018. July 2018 sales figures decreased 29.4% from July 2017 when 17 Mooresville lots sold.

The average sales price increased 15.7% from $151,786 in June to $175,548 in July. The July 2018 average sales price decreased 23% from the July 2017 average sales price which was $227,818.

Average days on the market decreased 50% from 210 in June to 105 days on the market in July. The July 2017 average days on the market were 208, a 49.5% decrease in market time versus the same time period last year.

Currently there are 248 active Mooresville lots for sale in the MLS, a 1.8% decrease in inventory from July. The average list price of active listings is $487,799, down 2.1% from July’s average list price of $498,236. 37 Mooresville lots are currently under contract, a 12.1% increase from July.
